Keith Collantine started the topic Which two F1 drivers would you pick for Panthera? in the forum
Formula One 2 years, 10 months ago
As we revealed earlier today a new team, Panthera Team Asia F1, is looking to join the grid in 2021.
If the grid does expand to 22 cars, that’ll create space for two new drivers. So, which two would you like to see in an all-new team, and which two drivers should get the chance to enter – or return to – F1?

Keith Collantine started the topic Which driver will finish ahead in the championship: Gasly or Albon? in the forum
Formula One 2 years, 10 months ago
With Alexander Albon and Pierre Gasly swapping seats for the rest of the season, which will end up ahead in the drivers’ championship?
Gasly racked up 63 points over 12 races in his Red Bull, while Albon managed 16 at Toro Rosso. There’s only nine races left, but Red Bull are more competitive now than they were at the beginning of the…[Read more]

Who drives for which team in 2020? These are pure predictions/speculation and just for good fun.
My prediction is that we won’t see that many changes this year:
Mercedes: Hamilton + Bottas
Ferrari: Vettel + Leclerc
RedBull: Verstappen + Albon
Renault: Ricciardo + Ocon
McLaren: Sainz + Norris
Torro Rosso: Kvyat + Gasly
Alfra Romeo: Raikkonen +…[Read more]Keith Collantine started the topic Drive to Survive series two: What storylines do you want to see? in the forum
Formula One 2 years, 10 months ago
For me the first series of Netflix had a few great episodes and a few poor ones where they felt the need to twist the facts to suit the story.
For series two the filmmakers have been given access to all the teams, which should give them greater scope for what to put into their nine-episode run.
So what would you like to see them cover?

Last weekend Lewis Hamilton scored his 81st career win, leaving him 10 shy of Michael Schumacher’s all-time record:
When will Hamilton break the record – assuming he does? And how many races will he win by the time he decides to hang up him helmet?
Keith Collantine started the topic How many races could Ferrari have won in 2019? in the forum
Formula One 2 years, 10 months ago
I was thinking this through in my head the other day: We’ve had 11 races so far and while Mercedes have won a lot of them it seems to me like Ferrari could have won quite a few. But whether due to unreliability, driver errors or strategic mistakes, we’re heading into round 12 and they’re still on zero.
Which of the races so far this year could…[Read more]

Hello,
Is there anyway for viewers from the USA to get SKY F1 TV this way We can watch the full interviews after the race and any programing related to F1 that Sky Tv does ?

Statistics says when there are a number of mechanical issues, with the only car in a garage, then the driver is out from the team by the end of the year.
Take a look:
1) MS at 2006, 2012 (No problems for Massa and Nico)
2) Coulthard at 2008 (No problems for Mark)
3) Barricello at 2009 (No problems for Button)
4) Vettel at 2014 (No problem for…[Read more]Keith Collantine started the topic How many points have Haas squandered this year? in the forum

Romain Grosjean is driving Haas’s Australia-spec VF-19 in Germany this weekend and, as at Silverstone, it looks more competitive than the updated version they’ve been using since the Spanish Grand Prix.
Which begs the question: How many points have Haas, currently ninth in the championship, squandered so far this year due to what appears to have…[Read more]

We often talk about who are the great drivers who never got their hands on a championship-winning car.
But what if we flip the question around – which drivers never managed to bag a title despite driving several title-winning machines? And was it their ability, luck or something else which kept them from success?

Simple question.
We’re eight races into a 21-race championship and Mercedes haven’t been beaten yet. They’ve won on fast tracks and slow tracks, temporary circuits and permanent road courses.
Are they going to end the year undefeated? If not, where are they most likely to be beaten, and by who?

Since the five-second time penalty was introduced a few years back it’s become the stewards’ favourite penalty. That’s made it probably only a matter of time until we saw an incident like last weekend, where one cost a driver a win.
