How about Clark’s win at Watkins Glen in ’66 driving a Lotus powered by the notoriously complex, overweight, and unreliable BRM H-16. I believe this was the only win ever for this engine. Maybe not the worst ever but certainly an unlikely victory. (That is, if any Clark win could be considered unlikely!)

I’m with Icthyes. Something very much along those lines, with the possible exception of getting rid of the snorkel-type airbox. I personally prefer an exposed or faired in rollbar. I realize it’s a functional element currently but I’m hoping the upcoming turbo regs will see it go. Just for a quick improvement however I agree with others here who would like to see more balance between the front and rear wings. And oh yeah, larger diameter wheels. F1 wheels look positively archaic compared to those on almost any modern racing car.
