Ferrari last year set fastest time on ultra softs. In 2017 they are only run softs.

The first graf shows that Mercedes is quicker by 3.7s than pole time from 2015, but Ferrari is only quicker by 2.8s even though Raikkonen is set best time in 2017 test? @keithcollantine
