The driver of the weekend pools often turn out this way, see the last poll from the Belgian Grand Prix.
It’s a very personal thing. Some people appreciate the efforts of a driver alone at the front, crushing […]

The only contenders are Vettel and Hülkenberg. Since I couldn’t decide between them I looked at the poll for the Belgian GP where Vettel was in second behind Alonso… (It’s Driver of the weekend, people, Vettel […]

@Tifoso1989
You’re right, opportunistic wasn’t the right word here! I wanted to express that Alonso achieved the best result he could under those circumstances. Opportunism does have a negative connotation, and […]rez commented on the post, Vote for your 2013 Belgian GP driver of the weekend 9 years, 5 months ago
Voted Vettel. He missed pole by a slender margin, was untouchable in the race. Another missed Grand Chelem.
Contender Alonso may have had a good, opportunistic race from 9 to 2 but starting from there in the […]rez commented on the post, 2013 Chinese Grand Prix lap times and fastest laps 9 years, 9 months ago
Just what happened on Hülkenberg’s last stint? He lost so much time, damn.
His stint on the soft tyres was also disastrous. I wonder what could’ve been if he mirrored Vettel’s strategy and saved the soft […]

Excellent answer.
Pretty much my only problem with Vettel on Sunday was that he “apologized” like that. He just had to say the truth about it… this pseudo-apology just does not fit his usual style.

This will be one crazy race… DRS haters will be mad.
Personally, I think it will be funny to see cars retake their positions on the pit straight.
Most probably clever drivers won’t pass on the back straight […]rez commented on the post, The 2013 F1 season in 20 questions 9 years, 11 months ago
I really like your 7 and 20!

That ESPN feature is funny… but sadly those times seem to be over for now. No excessive fun allowed! Damn those wrist bands.

Hülkenberg is looking good in the Sauber. I really like the look of the car/paintjob and his helmet complements it well.

Re: Alonso, Button, Webber, Hülkenberg: fully agreed.
I believe that Force India should hire Sutil, there is truly no better option at the moment. Maybe Kovalainen but I rate Sutil higher.
And Grosjean… he […]

Absolutely agreed on every point.
Hamilton was a bit faster than Vettel in the race – it’s ridiculous to say his car was slower though. However both of them outclassed the rest of the field by a huge margin, no […]

Vettel and Alonso both had great weekends. I was most impressed by Nico Hülkenberg though. Another successful weekend for him and once again he made his team mate look really slow in comparison. Great show.

I remember the same thing; Rosberg and Hülkenberg were the only ones to start on the harder tyres.

I really liked the answers to the last question in the press conference, about a possible future of electrical Formula 1 cars and Formula E.
I am more and more interested to see how the whole thing will play out […]rez commented on the post, 2012 Hungarian Grand Prix result 10 years, 6 months ago
It’s the Hungaroring, very difficult to overtake when it’s dry. That’s just how it is.
