Djangles LeVaughn replied to the topic What would your ideal sprint format be? in the forum
Formula One 1 month, 1 week ago
I think Sprints would work best if the number of events on the calendar dropped below a certain threshold.
As an example, 16 or fewer and you can have 30+ races whilst cutting back on the long-distance-jetting between countries or continents in unreasonably short amounts of time.
But hey, that is just my opinion.

Alpine should prioritise team harmony instead of going for a full on, politically motivated Oui Oui Baguette line-up that is likely to cause an implosion.

Not wanting to have it go through court, McLaren decided to settle this by having a ‘Death Stare’ contest to see who would get that coveted race seat within the team. Needless to say, Daniel’s efforts could only […]

I’m beginning to doubt whether the bladed roll or roll blade design airbox is fit for purpose.

The numbers on the car need to have black outlines. It’s making my eyes go funny.

As someone who works evening hours I will miss a few of the late starters. (Thank goodness for DVRs and catch-up TV services!)
However, I think all of us won’t be seeing all 23 races this year as it’s still lik […]

A better question would be, what can they do?
Declaring the result void would still leave Max as champion on count back of him having more 1st place finishes.

Just like when the turbo-hybrid engines were introduced.
The minimum weight for the cars was originally mooted for somewhere around 660kg, but that proved unrealistic as the new technology was much heavier […]

The internal combustion engine would be weaker than weak without the turbo-charger.

An idiom that the think-tank who came up with this idea has never heard of.
