Sattalyte commented on the post, Monaco Grand Prix promoter insists race will stay on F1 calendar 4 months ago
It’s not even a proper championship without the glamour of Monaco.
Guess there won’t be any more Triple Crowns either, if it goes.

Nonesense thrice!
He was 1 or 2 *tenths* away, not 1 or 2 seconds.

Manufactured nonsense. Just like last years drivers championship.
Sattalyte commented on the post, F1's heavy cars at odds with sustainability push – Hamilton 1 year, 2 months ago
Very much agree with you. I think Hamilton is right to argue for lighter cars, but dressing it up as a ‘sustainability’ issue is a little silly.
Sattalyte commented on the post, Horner downplays link to "mightily impressive" Cowell 1 year, 6 months ago
Absolutely agree.
Hamilton truly came alive at the end of 2016, smashed every race. Had that engine not failed in Malaysia, (a brand new engine no less) he would undoubtedly have been champion.Sattalyte commented on the post, Can McLaren finish third again in 2021? I think they’ll come 5th this year.
Merc is untouchable, Red Bull is leagues ahead of McLaren, and Racing Point/Aston Martin are just a better team at the moment. I think Ferrari will also have got their act […]Sattalyte commented on the post, Who will Mercedes pick to replace Hamilton at the Sakhir GP? 1 year, 8 months ago
Hulkenberg, just because I think he really deserves his podium, and this is a good chance for him to get it.
Sattalyte commented on the post, I've been to races in Saudi Arabia: Here's why I don't oppose its grand prix 1 year, 9 months ago
There’s a long history of brutal, evil regimes around the world using sporting events to buy legitimacy. This will be no different.
You’ve got to wonder why the Saudi’s are spending their oil money on F1. Is it […]

Disappointing to see Honda leave. This spells bad news all round for the sport, which is always better when manufactures are represented.

This is giving me Caterham flashbacks I’d rather not have. Terrible livery!
I will miss the pink I have to say. The RP has been pretty beautiful these last few years.
Sattalyte commented on the post, Why drivers believe F1's reverse grid plan would produce "really boring" races 1 year, 11 months ago
It’s a nice idea in principle, but is it really Formula 1? Surely f1 is about finding the fastest driver and team in the world each race weekend. If we reverse the grid, it cheapens the victory for any race winner.

A competitive advantage so legal they removed it from the car.
Sattalyte commented on the post, FIA-Ferrari engine settlement "does nothing but promote suspicion" 2 years, 1 month ago
The FIA know exactly what’s up – that Ferrari were cheating. And they’ve helped Ferrari conceal it. I wonder if the President of the FIA being a former Ferrari Team Principal has anything to do with that?
Sattalyte commented on the post, FIA-Ferrari engine settlement "does nothing but promote suspicion" 2 years, 1 month ago
The simple reason for all this smoke and mirrors is that Ferrari were cheating.
Sattalyte commented on the post, F1 must avoid post-race protest over DAS legality – Wolff 2 years, 1 month ago
RB have clearly had months to lodge this protest, but wait till the very first race to do so. They’ve timed this to perfection in order to torpedo Merc for maximum effect. Very sneaky I must say.
