Shame they allowed Wolff entry in the first place. Whatever he blurted out before Horner came in obviously worked.

Maybe what he is implying is that if it is only a 10 sec penalty for the Hamilton move then the precedent has been set.

Because the Red Bull was in front at that point and thats why if you understand the rules.
It was an act of a driver who was willing to risk someone’s life to win the race. -
