They have not had their fair share. Vettel has lot far more points than kimi has. I’ll go through each race and say how many points I believe that they lost because of issues.

They only have to provide the fuel sample in qualifying to my knowledge so it wouldn’t have made a difference. I could be wrong but I think it was only in qualy that it was necessary.

They didn’t vote for this system as such. They wanted to block Bernie’s even worse ideas and went for the lesser of two evils. They weren’t given the option at any point to maintain the 2015 system.
