I believe the MGU-H can only feed unlimited energy straight to the MGU-K but they can still only store 4Kj to the battery pack each lap. So the H is really about topping up the battery and then streaming the […]
DeVries is not going to make it, he’s took too long to climb the ladder and I’d say Norris is the man acceding currently.
A 1.5sec lap time loss would be clawed back my engineers in half season on aero alone! So for all those saying it’s not going to challenge the drivers are incorrect. They still have to thread those cars […]
Think Sette Camara is in his second season of F2 but I can’t be sure without looking it up. He is definite talent along with Markalov, he has been my star of F2 this year. Purely for his overtakes

I like the new graphic by FOM over the Halo area. It gets rid of that big bar of black and hides it very well.
I give it a big thumbs up, I’m sure it can be refined a little, but the concept is a good one.

I think the point COTD is trying to make, is that the more laps, the more times the cars pass by the spectators, meaning they see more car time for their money.
No matter how short or long the track is, it […]

Just a majority vote in favor is required before April 30th
Take away the restrictions on am F1 car and give a team like Mercedes or Ferrari a whole year to fiddle with things, I’m pretty sure she would all be shocked at the results.
Porsche are just blowing smoke up […]

It’s says in the article that they expect the grip level to rise and that there will be more grip in the rain and far less bumps, as high downforce cars over time can create a ripple effect in the surface in some […]

So he can catch his bus………
I think u will find, that it’s a RedBull philosophy to run high rake on the car, Newey has pioneered this idea for many seasons now.
It’s the Ferrari side pods that were special, not the ride hight at the rear. […]
@keithcollantine thanks for my second comment of the day.
It’s an honor to have my comments deemed relevant enough to be shared with whole of the F1F community.
Keep up the amazing work.
It is a much more elegant solution, I could possibly imagine the eventually they may add some sort of hoop around the top edge to help with rigidity, but just from the pictures it appears to have much less […]
TheBullWhipper commented on the post, McLaren could be "very competitive" with Renault – Alonso 3 years, 9 months ago
It’s not ‘fake’ drama, it’s all real. I have massive respect for Ferrari, but as team I hate them, I think drivers become totally above themselves once they get a Ferrari seat, like the world owes them a […]

I think he means it detracts from the unpredictable part of racing. As reliability is reaching endurance levels and the engines aren’t being pushed to their Max at every event. Reliability has always played it’s […]
Did no-one see DiResta at the Formula E race this weekend. He was with the Jaguar team in their team colours, so I’d say he already knows he is definitely not associated with Williams for the 2018 season.
He was […]
