@tomd11 That’s a really good point. They could have called the SC, let everyone who wanted pit, then closed the pit lane. Simple enough and fairer.

Yes it’s all a bit of a nonsense isn’t it @tomd11. As you say as soon as they throw the SC it makes everyone come into the pits! And the communication was hopeless. I was typing the same thing just as you posted.
