Wallbreaker commented on the post, PMI's Mission Winnow logos disappear from new Ferrari 1 year, 1 month ago
Ferrari never won any of the races in which Mission Winnow branding appeared on their cars throughout the three seasons of the campaign.
That’s not true, they won Austin 2018 with MW livery.
Wallbreaker commented on the post, How Vettel's dream of emulating Schumacher at Ferrari ended 2 years, 10 months ago
A much-needed win came Vettel’s way in Singapore at Leclerc’s expense, aided by a questionable strategy call by the team.
Err, no? Their Singapore strategy was the only chance to convert a 1-3 into a 1-2. On […]
Wallbreaker commented on the post, Hamilton? Sainz? Ricciardo? Who will replace Vettel at Ferrari in 2021? 2 years, 10 months ago
Regarding Hamilton: I agree with most here and think he will only go to Ferrari if he knows Merc pulls the plug. Other than that I can’t see him leave the team.
Alonso is pretty much out of the question for me. […]
Wallbreaker commented on the post, Hamilton? Sainz? Ricciardo? Who will replace Vettel at Ferrari in 2021? 2 years, 10 months ago
Ignoring all those rumours that Sainz might be close getting a contract, I think the most sensible option would be Daniel Ricciardo. He’s a proven race winner, has superior overtaking skills, is non-political and […]
Wallbreaker commented on the post, Did Verstappen deserve to lose pole over yellow flag error? 3 years, 4 months ago
I‘m not shocked by Max not lifting under yellow, in the end they‘re racing drivers having to make split-second decisions. Above all they’re humans and sometimes they make the wrong decision in the heat of the m […]

Thus, all GP2/F2 champions – with one exception, Leclerc – have simply not had the opportunities of making their mark in a top team.
That is not entirely correct, Pierre Gasly has this opportunity. And I thi […]

Wallbreaker commented on the post, FIA defends Vettel's penalty following Hamilton criticism 4 years, 9 months ago
Vettel destroyed his own race and lost the championship lead by quite some margin through that incident, I don’t know why Lewis is so cocky about that penalty. Had Mercedes not messed up Valtteri‘s second pit sto […]
Wallbreaker commented on the post, Rate the race: 2018 Australian Grand Prix 4 years, 12 months ago
Context matters. There have always been races being influenced by VSCs (like Spain last year) or Safety Cars in general. It’s like when rain hits the track mid-part of the race. It’s part of racing, one will win […]

Which otherwise wouldn’t have happened without a VSC having some influence. Still think it is bad? It’s sinply just down to your point of view. Without the VSC in Melbourne, Lewis would’ve just romped away into […]

Can’t believe there are so many comments stating the order shouldn’t be influenced by a VSC. Where were all of you last year in Spain or all the other times a Safety influenced a race result? Hypocrisy at its bes […]

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Was Vettel's 'dangerous driving' penalty correct? 5 years, 8 months ago
Sounds all good, but where’s the proof? You’re assuming he did. I could also assume he left his steering wheel a bit turned to the right after pulling alongside the Merc which sent him into Lewis. If he didn’t […]
Wallbreaker commented on the post, Was Vettel's 'dangerous driving' penalty correct? 5 years, 8 months ago
My guess is that the stewards thought it may not have been on purpose and hence did not penalise him more.
And this is where I don’t understand why the Stewards reacted during the race. If I had to make the […]

I wonder if there’s really such a thing as a “Ferrari track” or “Mercedes track” this year. Mercedes has been nearly unbeatable in Melbourne, Shanghai and Sochi ever since the start of the hybrid era. Yet Ferrari […]
