Sainz made his F1 debut with Toro Rosso in 2015. He was loaned to Renault late in 2017 ahead of a full-time move to the team the following year.
McLaren signed Sainz for 2019, but he only remained at the team for two seasons before signing to replace Sebastian Vettel at Ferrari from 2021. He will join Williams in 2025.
