Jenson Button may be on pole position but he’ll have to pull away quickly at the start as four cars behind him on the grid are all carrying more fuel. Sebastian Vettel looks set to stop two laps later and Felipe Massa has around four more laps of fuel on board.

Ferrari has won the F1 constructors’ championship more times than any other team, with 16 titles. It is also the only team which has competed in every championship since the first season of Formula 1. There are 10 teams active in the championship, each of which fields cars for two drivers.
The Formula 1 calendar typically runs from March to November each year. Pre-season tests take place in February and March, and a post-season test is usually scheduled for late November or December.

Posted onThe FIA has now dropped the ‘most wins’ championship system for 2010. It release a revised version of next year’s rules unannounced earlier this week. It had previously left the rule in the version of the regulations published after last week’s World Motor Sports Council Meeting.
