Nice one Alex! Having our own forum will hopefully allow us to create more defined topics, and it might make it easier for newcomers to post their interest.
Going back to the upgraded vs stock debate, I personally prefer the stock races, purely because I can’t fine tune a car at all.. I can never seem to lap consistently enough to know whether I’m making progress or not haha.. Maybe we can have a topic on the forum dedicated to understanding how to tune a car properly :P
Also, a race GT2 sounds epic! I’m sad im gonna be missing out on the class B and A events, especially racing the vipers, reckon that will be sweet!
Id play, that would be a laugh! Might be difficult to use a cone though. Ive seen a video before of people using a lighter car as the football! Failing that, forza 4 looks like it will have car football in the game! :D
We should do a clio cup at some point! :D Dont worry Pete, the point of this championship was to see what works and what doesnt, so we can try and make future racing as close as possible!
Yea this is true, to be honest I dont really care too much about winning the championship, its the close racing I’ll miss out on! Ive never enjoyed forza so much before haha!
Balls, looks like Im going to be missing the class B and A races, so my championship hopes are long gone lol. Going away from Thursday 14th to the next Friday – typical!
I owe a lot of my pace to the Crossfire I feel Smifaye! It was nice to drive and easier to keep consistent. And I’m just making up for missing last weeks races ;).
That first race in the Stratos I thought I was going to lose first place to you multiple times, you were glued to my tail the whole race – Think you seem to be our quickest lap king as well!
All in all a fun night of racing and it was great to see a full grid again! If someone can put the first two races on their storefront it would be greatly appreciated, I forgot to save them!
@Barnstable, what video editing software do you use? I feel like Microsoft Live Movie Maker is seriously limiting my creativity haha
Great effort on the video Barnstable! You must have a lot of patience to have to keep re-uploading and downloading one video at a time. Like Pete, said if you want help exporting clips we can all chip in.

I think that divisions would be the best way to promote close enjoyable racing. Something along the lines of top 2 go up and bottom 2 go down. Then eventually we will have people of similar levels racing with each other. Obviously newcomers start at the bottom division and work their way up through seasons, and as we transfer over to forza 4 (which I very much hope we will all be doing!) we can allow for 16 player lobbies.

Been a bit out of the loop for the last few days, I’m currently in the process of moving back home from University so I have been pretty busy and I’m currently without my beloved xbox!
Sounds look you guys had an eventful 4 races though, if there are any incidents people want me and javaguy to review (as we are unbiased) I will happily look into them (but as of current I have no xbox). I’m looking forward to being able to race again next week, hopefully can get some practice in soon!
And welcome to our newest member Polishboy :) If we keep getting more drivers we will be able to set up a second lobby before long.
This is the only problem with upgraded races, once someone finds a car thats way quicker it can seem unfair. Maybe in the future we should find a range of cars that are even-matched in different classes and then let people pick from them.
Just been reading up on forza 4, the game looks set to be awesome. I don’t think it will have any new british tracks though (aside from the top gear test track) which is a real shame, I would love to be racing around tracks such as brands hatch and oulton park in our championships. In any case it definitely seems worth a purchase!
