Each driver can choose their own racing number to use during their career. The reigning world champion has the option of adopting the number ‘1’ or continuing to use his career number.Notes
Alfa Romeo will end its branding of Sauber’s team at the end of 2023. The team has not yet confirmed what it will be called in 2024.
