There was no change in the identity of the pole sitter in Istanbul.

But for the first time theis year Sebastian Vettel was joined by team mate Mark Webber as they locked out the front row of the grid.

        Shame he didn’t repeat his practise performance, he was looking good.

      Phew…I thought Vettel forgot to whip the finger out! A rather more subdued approach than usual…unlike his lap.

      On the front of Ferrari’s helmets there is Ferrari’s logo. But has anyone noticed that Alonso’s has the correct logo, with the two red rectangles near “Scuderia Ferrari”, whilst Massa’s hasn’t?

      The Paddock Club is full. However, look how few people are there in the grandstands.
      Is it no more than 25% seats occupied for qualifying and supporting races?

      Nico needs a shave! I know people sometimes compare him to Leonardo di Caprio, but here he just looks like a Heidfeld-in-the-making.
