Where did you see that. The only stat I’ve seen showed Verstappen had a top speed of 313.6 and Hamilton 314.2 at the speed trap. Fastest of all was Vettel with 323.1.
Don’t worry, the other company will also want a lot of your money. F1 is not selling it to them just to be kind.

Merc and Red Bull do excactly the same thing. They also say they do not have a number one and two. In the end they act differently most of the time. Just like Ferrari did the past 25 years.
