  1. Vettel isn’t that faster than Webber, but if Redbull can create a more quality oriented working culture and get another engine then Vettel have a better chance for the top. I hope they succeed, but I still don’t understand that they stuck with the Renault engines.

  2. The reason that they ‘stuck with Renault’ is that McLaren told Mercedes not to give them the Mercedes engines, lest they get beaten. I’m sure Merecedes knew the same fact. It’s not in their interest to have an even stronger competitor.

  3. Maybe the Renault engine is stronger than the Mercedes one. Take a look to Monaco 2010 ..

Mark qualified second in canada. But started in 7th due to penalty.

  5. what is up is marks first lap at valencia. how can you go from 2nd to 9th, on an unpassable track. was it tires or just bad luck.

  6. Mark is clearly out driven Vettel and is unlucky to be behind him at this point of the championship.

  7. Webber is a champion and it is only a matter of time before the world championship is his.

Vettel carries on like a spoiled child sometimes which does not make me want to care about him at all.

    1. fully agreed. not bad for a no2 driver, what a cutting comment, brilliant. it was rubbish what they did to him. spend all that time to set the car up, and then have your own team change it, crazy.

    2. I agree. Webber deserves to be the champion. Vettel will be a champion enventualy, he’s got talent. I will support him as soon as he becomes a mature driver as Webber is. As for RBR, they are making a mistake being so “gentile” with Vettel.

  8. I Agree Roger Mark is a champion and a gentleman to boot. If vettel concertratedon driving and noton taking other drivers out he may have a few more supporters, but for me its Mark Webber all the way to the championship drivers podiam

  9. finally a bit of luck on his side. Thought he was gone when he didnt come in with the safety car. Awesome display reeling off fastest lap after fastest lap to get 23 secs up on ferrari before pitting.

  10. I normally cheer for pilots, not manufacturers.
Used to be a Alan Jones, Prost, Michael, then Alonso fan, but as I had links with Red Bull in the past and I had passes to the hospitality and the garage during Catalunia grand Prix 07, I started cheering for Red Bull after that. Having Adrian on the Team was another decision maker, as sooner or later, they would deliver…

Terefore I started 2010 season cheering for Vettel, as I suposed was the best shot at DWC with Red Bull. But very quickly realised that Mark was up there too, and his personality is so much nicer. After Turkey and Silverstone becamed Mark’s fan, and a little disrespect for the managing of Red Bull (Specially Marko)started to grow in me.
I will keep cheering for Mark until he retires, and will go back cheering for aonther driver from then on.
