Pizzonia faces GP2 axe

Antonio Pizzonia, GP2, Monte-Carlo, 2007Former GP2 racer Ernesto Viso got his first test of 2007 as speculation mounts that Fisichella Motor Sport International is to drop Antonio Pizzonia.

Ex-F1 racer Pizzonia has scored one point in five races in the F1 feeder series while fellow former F1 driver Timo Glock leads the championship.

Viso was Glock’s team mate at iSport last year and finished the season sixth with two victories.
