Chris Yu Rhee commented on the post, Korea's surprise return means record 21 races in 2015 7 years, 7 months ago
The problem with Korea is the location of the track, not the fans. It’s In BFE-literally the farthest point from Seoul that you can build a track. I live here.

Korea? Again? Didn’t they learn their lesson the first time?

The mob? Right now it’s like an emperor runs F1 – uncle Bernie. It’s why he’s a billionaire-it’s his ballgame.
Chris Yu Rhee commented on the post, First F1 video footage shot in 4K resolution in Korea 8 years, 8 months ago
A 4K screen is scary in-person. Can you imagine the bandwidth/GBs needed for a 4K broadcast? Funny thing is that the F1 races are not even in HD in Korea. Ok, not so funny. Sometimes I can’t even read the small […]

I think they released it because there was enough of a gap for the drivers to realize it was there and Webber’s car had an oil fire-very serious and can be difficult to put out, so they needed the equipment.

Good race (behind Vettel), again it was all about tire management. The track is too left-turn dependent. You could feel the chill in the green room after the race-Vettel taking a drink so he doesn’t have to talk, […]

Honestly, I blame the idiot(s) that decided to build the track in Yeongam. Koreans don’t even go there unless they are in the shipbuilding industry.

Jeff, the track is NOT fan friendly. The pits are effectively off-limits.
Enjoy the race, but don’t expect anything more than the same type of food that you can get at Paris Baguette or GS25. It sucks.
Also, […]Chris Yu Rhee replied to the forum topic The Korean situation in the group

I wonder how much each helmet costs to paint? I heard the helmets themselves are around 14,000 GBP. Is that right?

After looking at the Korean myself, they consider qualifying as a race, with the actual race being considered the “final” race.
That’s why my MIL thought it was last one ever. In Korean, it means the last one […]Chris Yu Rhee commented on the post, F1 fans' videos from the 2012 Korean Grand Prix 9 years, 8 months ago
