Kyle Stephens commented on the post, Why didn't more current F1 drivers enter yesterday's Virtual Grand Prix? 3 years ago
Highlighted is the word “difficult”.
Rather, the word “game” should be highlighted.
The likes of Max turn their nose up at the Codemasters game because it has more arcade like physics and probably doesn’t […]

King Kimi – so it is decreed. Choc ices all round.
Kyle Stephens commented on the post, Norris will keep having fun but is 'toning it down' after negative social media feedback 3 years, 1 month ago
So, McLaren want one of the few characters on the grid to tone down his personality..?
Lando, we love, please don’t become another “for sure, …” media drone.
Kyle Stephens commented on the post, Ferrari: 2021 F1 concept "looks like an old Champ Car" 4 years, 6 months ago
Engineers want to do simply that – engineer things.
Listen to them and we’ll have something akin to fighter jets on the ground, with zero possibility for following and overtaking.
The concepts look […]
Kyle Stephens commented on the post, Norris: Vandoorne is better than most drivers on the grid 4 years, 6 months ago
I don’t disagree. Point is, there’s probably better ways to spin these things. The media love to latch on to things, as Lewis has found out from time to time!
Kyle Stephens commented on the post, New hotel to overlook pit straight at Silverstone 4 years, 6 months ago
That sounds pretty cool, for those who can afford it!
Would love to know how the economics of this works out as I assume most of the rooms will lie vacant for most of the year?
Kyle Stephens commented on the post, Norris: Vandoorne is better than most drivers on the grid 4 years, 6 months ago
But I think getting put against Fernando, going into Formula 1 when McLaren are probably at their worst ever
I think he’ll be getting much more media coaching very soon.

Trust me, if I wanted to hit him I would have done it the correct way and wrote off the cars.
Keep digging, buddy.

Kyle Stephens commented on the post, Ferrari's car "tricks" are not illegal – Hamilton 4 years, 7 months ago
Not a Hamilton fan by any means but he literally thanks the team for all their hard work pretty much every single time he wins..
Kyle Stephens commented on the post, Ricciardo quit Red Bull because he feared playing "support role" to Verstappen – Horner 4 years, 7 months ago
I really don’t think Hartley is in favour at Red Bull. He’d be gone already only for their incoming stream of talent has dried up.
Would love to see Jean Eric Vergne getting a shot. He was very close with […]

And I can’t help but feel that he wants to be [in] a leading role perhaps in a smaller environment.
Ooof. Bitter much, Christian?

How do you read this?
Are they going through a strategic re-org or are people starting to jump ship?
Kyle Stephens commented on the post, McLaren eyeing future IndyCar and WEC LMP1 projects 4 years, 10 months ago
The commercial appeal makes sense but I can’t help but feeling maybe they should focus on competitiveness in F1 before diversifying into other top tier categories and risk spreading themselves too thin.

Ah, F1, how you annoy me so.
2008: Our aero hinders overtaking. Let’s simplify aero, for the sake of the show.

Very reasonable.
Keep up the great work, Keith. Racefans is definitely my go-to site for insightful commentary and analysis on F1.

Surely the Halo presents its own safety risks through reduced visibility?
It’s easy enough to spot the apexes as you approach the bends but what is striking is the lack of visibility of what’s going on directly […]

Why all the Lance hate? It’s not like he’s depriving other more deserving drivers of a race seat simply because he has enormous wealth behind him..
Oh wait, he is.
Carry on.
