yeah, but it gets people watching more. I normally just catch the highlights from practice on youtube at most, but on sprint weekends, they’ve got me for qualifying on Friday, the Sprint on Saturday and the race on Sunday.

for all Maldonado’s faults, he won a race on merit if i remember correctly and was the last Williams driver to do so. He was fast when he was on, just comically inconsistent (trying to think of a nice way to put it).

technically you have to leave the city limits for that.

Now that we can safely assume everyone is out of the country, can anyone confirm the rumors that drivers were pressured to stay and that there was some kind of vailed threat at that late night meeting?

Has that threat been confirmed by anyone? Last i heard it was just rumor. I believe it, but would like to hear something official instead of the hearsay and rumor that i’ve been seeing.
