MCBosch commented on the post, Hamilton stays on top in second practice at Istanbul 2 weeks, 1 day ago
of course that has nothing to do with the new tyre construction Pirelli introduced…. You’ve got to love the mid-season tyre changes that for some reason always suits the Mercs more then other teams.
MCBosch commented on the post, Verstappen to change engine and start Russian Grand Prix at back of grid 4 weeks, 1 day ago
You would be correct if you assume that the 3rd engine wouldn’t be used this season anymore. That’s not the case as it’s only raced in Hungary, spa, holland and Monza. It will be used for 1 or 2 races.
MCBosch commented on the post, Who was to blame for Hamilton and Verstappen's collision at Monza? 1 month ago
@keithcollantine: Really? Another article (in fact 2 articles) after more than a week? Maybe we can do a poll about who was to blame for the Silverstone crash tomorrow.
MCBosch commented on the post, Hamilton-Verstappen crash was 'a racing incident, no danger' – Alonso 1 month, 1 week ago
That’s an interesting response… Dare I ask if you’re a Hamilton / Mercedes fan?
So how Verstappen don’t see experience as counting for nothing means he’s not learning.
If Lewis actually used his experience he wouldn’t cause an incident where he was deemed predominantly to blame. You can […]
MCBosch commented on the post, Mercedes "in a better place" after Silverstone upgrade 1 month, 4 weeks ago
The consensus is that if Verstappen was leading the 1st round in Silverstone, he would be able to pull a gap and stay ahead. If that’s true only Hungary (Lewis always goes well there) is an anomaly. So even though […]
MCBosch commented on the post, Schumacher had more downforce than Verstappen after crash – Horner 2 months, 3 weeks ago
He was fighting for position as well
The stiffer tyre wall might not be helping either but that’s too early to get a decent read on
“Words like ‘amateurish” should have no place and what it triggered was an avalanche of comments in the social media, a lot of controversy, added to further polarisation and I think we as a sport should do the c […]
Spot on! If it’s 1 and ‘the evidence’ proved it but was inadmissible, then the stewards have reason to be concerned as it’s a safety concern. 2 is bad as well, but it’s not a safety concern. There’s always the […]

Maybe I didn’t understand you correctly, so if I didn’t my apologies. I seemed to me you downplayed or didn’t understand the significance of precautionary checks. If you […]
MCBosch commented on the post, Mercedes accuse Red Bull management of attacking Hamilton's reputation 2 months, 3 weeks ago
Good and good for them. Now please stop stating that Verstappen was too aggressive as well. Both parties should move on now.
MCBosch commented on the post, I'd do exactly the same move on Verstappen again – Hamilton 2 months, 3 weeks ago
I’d do exactly the same move on Verstappen again – Hamilton
Says the man who was deemed predominantly to blame and claims to continue to learn from his mistakes…
I can assure you that precautionary checks are there for a reason: to make sure that a person is alright in a situation that might make this diagnosis uncertain otherwise.
For example: when a 40yo falls and […]
He never got one, why would he? Toto just assumed that Max was ok because it was ‘only’ a precautionary check.
Did one of them end up in hospital?
Why would Verstappen make a call to Hamilton? Hamilton was judged to be predominantly to blame. Furthermore I get that Hamilton only called to ask about the well-being of Verstappen, not to apologize or something […]
