Sainz seems to always rise up to the challenge. I’m so used to it by now that I’ve been waiting when it will happen.

I’ve noticed that I’m more and more gravitating towards IndyCar. It’s not only the activism and virtue signalling of F1, but IndyCar seems more real and down to earth too.

It’s in McLaren’s blood. Under Ron Dennis they did lots of shady stuff.
As F1 goes global, I’d like to have an European Formula series, a bit like indycar. I’d watch it.
Good fore them, I guess. It’s easy enough to ignore them and enjoy the sport without politics.
I wouldn’t. I’m in support of my country.
Mika won the first race in his 5th season in McLaren and double championship on his 6th and 7th season so who knows what’s going to happen!

The 5sec penalty doesn’t quite match the damage he did to Perez’s race.
I don’t know what the penalty should be, but such a mild penalties could be taken advantage of: If you have a 5sec lead to the next car, […]
I hear you mostly, but I think that the qualifying system is the best F1 has ever had.
Back in the day they had qualis on fri & sat and one or the other session was always faster and so the other was useless. […]
PMP commented on the post, Horner: FIA's directive on porpoising risks setting "dangerous" precedent 2 months, 4 weeks ago
Do RBs really bounce that much? The slow motions I’ve seen they’ve seen pretty stable in places where others bounce. At the same time, if a more flexible floor is the key to porpoising, why does FIA force stiffer […]

I think Seb will stay unless he gets an offer from McLaren, which is probably getting tired of waiting for Ricciardo to rise to his former level. But if McLaren will let Ricciardo go, they might instead do the old […]
Please read again and try to comprehend what I said.
Now you’re Erkring it. It’s so easy to be a racist nowadays.
PMP commented on the post, For the sake of the title fight, F1 must get a grip on its track limits problem 11 months ago
Track limits are like Pandora’s box. Once you open it, you’re going to have an endless source of problems. Track owners/FIA should just handle/fix any problematic corner individually to the extent that is […]

There is a difference between oppressing half of your population (as Saudi Arabia does) versus military action.
This is true, there is a difference. Oppressing half of your population is always very bad, but […]
To me it sounds like he’s trying take excessive pressure off from the the people working in the team.

I agree. If I didn’t know this is a tribute, I wouldn’t have guessed it. I guess they have to be very careful not to advertise Marlboro.

Where is the outrage?
The world is full of problems, injustice and worse. If I’d get outraged every time I come across one, I’d have a miserable life. So I try to make a difference within the context of my life. […]
