He would have won a race in 2010 but was told not to….. I wonder how much better he’d be doing if he wasn’t kicked down so much. I think that was the real point he lost any fight, not the accident.

“I wasn’t cheering, I was in disbelief really when Seb retired.”
I was there, same for me too. I couldn’t believe it! I was at Copse and can’t say I really noticed any cheering, partially because the F1 cars […]

I was thinking maybe a muscle spasm myself, even a slight press after that would cause massive acceleration in an F1 car, and could be caused by the nature of the tight cockpit design of F1 cars.

I quite like the DRS/KERS combo for overtaking – races are alot less processional, and I remember races often finishing in the exact same order as they started in a number of races. I don’t find that interesting […]

That’s not really a good case for less negativity :P

I was wondering why Kimi looked so glum after the race, I know he very rarely shows any kind of expression his face anyway :P But maybe he was thinking that could have been him. I’m sure he’ll get plenty more […]

Me too, over the moon – always good to see a new driver win, and great to see Williams winning again after so many years.

A Lotus win does seem likely after looking at those speedtrap values, as it’ll be hard for Alonso and Maldonado to keep them behind on that long main straight. Obviously, tyre life is the main factor, but if those […]

This is very wrong, not fair on poor Lewis, especially as his previous lap would have still put him in the top 6. Last place is a joke. Are there any haters in amongst the stewards? Seems a very over the top action to take.

I expect Ferrari to at least be solidly in the top 10 in Spain, they shouldn’t be quite as bad. Alonso always goes well at his home track, so top 5 in qualifying at least is possible.
