Your right and the lack of coaching has hurt him in the last 2 races

Kimi’s fastest laps when he used to drive for McLaren mostly came at the end of races when it didnt matter (this was when they had refueling), if he had put them in when they counted he could of won more races / titles.

it’s not a “recovery” when you can set fastest laps on 50 lap old tyres. If he had to 2 stop then made it back to 2nd then it would be a recovery but if he had stopped again he would of been luck to score any […]
Neil Brady commented on the post, Hamilton having strongest season yet with sixth win 7 years, 11 months ago
I thought the changes put forward were mainly in response to Lewis winning and having less wins, the medal system being one of them and the points change being the compromise.

With double points for the last race there are still 175 points available… Wasn’t the new point system brought in after Lewis won in 2008 with less wins (after Spa was taken off him) than Massa?
Neil Brady commented on the post, Hamilton thought Rosberg would crack under pressure 7 years, 11 months ago
Rosberg looks utterly drained in the post race interview, Hamilton full of energy. These last few races have taken a big toll on Rosberg.

Completely agree, Nico has pushed the limits before running Lewis off the track in Bahrain 2012. He know he was down and Lewis was strongest in the 2nd sector making this the perfect place to stop.

If you check the other races, Lewis is keen to manage the gap and not take too much out of the tyres. Lewis is driving a very intelligent races

Wasn’t part of the problem RBR made “after market” changes to the sensors?
Neil Brady commented on the post, Red Bull lose appeal against Ricciardo's Australian Grand Prix disqualification 8 years, 4 months ago
Wasn’t that long ago Sauber got disqualified after the race due to the wing radius being outside the regs, the gains were marginal (definitely less than the 0.4 RBR gained) but they still had the points taken from […]

The punishment fitted the crime, RBR gained 0.4 a lap.

This was the only decision the FIA could come to. Merc were looking for payback after RBR wanted blood after the tyre test last year.
Neil Brady commented on the post, F1 demeans itself with double points gimmick 8 years, 8 months ago
If you are going to have gimmick of having double points for the final race, why not have a joker where you can get double points for any race? How long before the lower teams are “selling” there services to block […]
