A later-than-usual round-up as I’ve spent a lot of the day on the road – I’ll try to be more punctual tomorrow.

Interview with Tony Fernandes (Autosport)
“I think teams compete, but there are many ways that they compete stupidly – trying to kill each other doesn’t benefit anyone. In many ways it also shows a lack of professionalism in the sport and sponsors are aware of that as well.”

On this day in F1
On this day six years ago the former Arrows F1 team officially went into administration. The sale was handled by receivers PKF who also handled the administration of Prost Grand Prix and, in 2008, Super Aguri.

Completely agree with Tiomkins’s comment, extremely well said. There seems to be a lot of people waiting for the chance to jump at people’s throat when not everyone agrees with them!

The hat’s a bit of a give away.
Loeb, Ogier and co. tend to sport dark-blue Citroen caps, so I’d guess Raikkonen would follow suit and not wear some Ferrari-Red Bull-hybrid!
