  1. I still don’t quite get the spring qualifying race starting time. Qualifying, yes, but for the latter, commencing two hours after the preceding practice session, like FP3 and QLF on normal weekends, should also work.

  2. Seems i wil miss the qualifying live that is a stupid time as most people are working or are traveling to home at that time.

  3. A smarter plan would have been to have the ‘normal’ qualifying session on Saturday morning and to keep the two FP sessions to Friday, but I guess money talks and it gives Silverstone/FOM an excuse to charge crazy amounts for Friday tickets.

    1. As its a sprint and naturally doesnt take that long, it could just replace Q2 and Q3 on a Saturday at the normal time. Q1 could set the sprint grid, and after returning to the pits the drivers could just form up on the grid ready to start the sprint.

  4. F1 programme start times would’ve been good, but hey… 😕
