f1 tickets have arrived today!!! New tent arrived today!! 4 weeks 2moro and me & my friend will be on our way to Silverstone!! :D!!

Booked me & my friends 2013 tickets today! Very happy (& v.expensive, but that’s what I get for choosing a grandstand at Abbey I suppose lol). Camping again so hoping for a little less mud & rain this time. :)

In just 10 days time I’ll be at silverstone!! getting really excited now, gonna be my 4th time at british gp & 1st time camping. It’s interesting to see so many people saying they’re going by themselves, that’s what I’m doing & I was thinking it was a bit strange to do it but it’s nice to see I won’t be the only one lol Normally I buy 2 tickets & convince someone who only kinda likes F1 to come with me but this year I treated myself to a 3day platinum ticket in becketts instead. I’m thinking of taking one of the helicopter rides over silverstone on the friday or saturday too if the weathers good, if i remember correctly the price wasn’t too bad.
I have a quick question if anyone can help…. Does anyone know about the buses from Northampton train station? prices/times etc? Or maybe a taxi? I’m going down sometime on thursday.

I’ve been checking the silverstone website (& others) trying to find out policy on bicycles (at the campsite & at the circuit, I’m sure I’ve seen people cycling around while I’ve been there in the past). Dpes anyone know anything about this? I’ve emailed silverstone but they’re slow to reply.

this’ll be my 5th time going silverstone for the f1 & as always I can’t wait!
For the first time though, this time I’m going to be camping… any one got any advice for a first time silverstone camper plz
