Clearly, without a doubt a racing incident. If they want to ‘blame’ someone, you can blame the Track designer. Call it a track design fault. It takes about 2 seconds to work that one out !

Perhaps Mr Hembery should ask team Red Bull why they are winning races and why every driver would like to drive for them, then ask all the drivers why most of them don’t like Pirelli tyres ?

It doesn’t have to be dangerously slippery. It just needs to have less grip than the track. To discourage drivers from going there creating a disadvantage.
