The only locality you can stay is ‘Noida’ which is the closest (not walking distance of course).. however not a lot of public transport is available from there. There will be 2 main modes of transport to the circuit; 1) Book a cab in advance and re-confirm on previous day and 2) Take one of the buses which the circuit operates. You will get the details while booking tickets

I watched the race last yr from ‘Classic Stand North’ just after Turn 3 and it was quite nice.. although I have to warn that the issue there was the big screen.. Folks on the left side of the stand would hardly know anything as the screen is more towards the right (towards Turn 3) and the issue is while booking tickets last year the bookmyshow.com website didn’t give any options of seat selection, meaning that you are at their mercy to allot seats which means there is no guarantee on getting a seat near the screen.. However not many really followed their seat numbers, so in case you get a seat on the left then you might want to move to the right, near the screen to try and be a part of the action on the other parts of the circuit as well, but then this move might result in you being asked to move out when the rightful ticket-holder comes there :)
Also, i didnt quite hear Sky talk about how and when did Niko Hulkenberg go out.. not sure whether i caught any replays during the live action. Surprising that they missed it.. very surprising that there was no real mention i thought..
Also, i feel the kinda things Sky is doin is just an ape of what BBC has been doing and improving.. original is always original u c :)
Also, just a clarification.. the slashed prices are live right now on the site.. the only thing is the slashed prices are for the RACE DAY ONLY! So, if you wanna watch Qualifying as well.. then no discounts..

If anyone is planning to buy tkts then jst wait for Sunday coz there are BIG discounts on Oct 23.. of course, because of this offer, there could be a chance of the site going down and things like that, but you can try.. Grandstand tkts expected to be sold for Rs. 15000 instead of Rs. 35000 which is the current price.. Also stands for which the ticket is Rs. 6500 would be for Rs. 4000 and so on.. so in case.. i am heading for the Classic North Stand.. and i am feeling miserable for paying the entire Rs. 6500 per ticket.. but wattu do :(
