13:30-14:30 and 17:00-18:00 were originally the local timings for Friday sessions, followed by 14:00-15:00 and 17 for FP3 and QLF, respectively, so I’m surprised about this sudden late change. At least it’s about bringing forward and results in both FP2 and QLF sharing the same starting time as the race itself.
