Wouldn’t say it’s toxic. I mean, I don’t see you shouting toxic driving when Verstappen pulled off that shady move.

The driver line up is the best they can manage. Average drivers in a below average team.

@qeki Knowing Ferrari, they will probably have Sainz as their number 1 driver, and have another driver to just fill the seat in the campaign that they can actually challenge for the championship.
Todfod commented on the post, Haas are "back to being a normal team again" says Steiner 1 week, 5 days ago
Maybe Steiner should hire engineers and designers like every ‘normal’ team does. They’re always going to be this hack of a team that doesn’t really know what they’re doing, headed by a team principal who just […]

@jerejj True. Was driving it on my friends sim, and it was probably one of the most fun tracks to race on. Not too technical after sector 1, but getting a great exit through the corners, and getting close to […]
Todfod commented on the post, Norris takes heart from Aston Martin's recovery after slow start for McLaren 1 week, 6 days ago
Mclaren really hit their low point in 2015… that was their new reality. They were the slowest team on the grid. They’ve only moved upwards since then (2017 maybe not so much), but 2018 to 2021 was definite […]

I think this next season or two will be a real test of Toto’s leadership skills. Ross brawn set up Mercedes in a fantastic way before handing over the keys to Toto and Niki, but whether Mercedes can bounce back […]

Todfod commented on the post, Mercedes considering "radical changes" to W14 after "very difficult start" 2 weeks, 2 days ago
Ferrari is a basket case and not a good comparison. LMAO.. but its also true. Ferrari believes that Ferrari has no weaknesses. They cannot fix what they do not know is broken. Resting on their laurels is […]
Todfod commented on the post, F1's new power: Can Aston Martin turn a 'good baseline' into a Red Bull-beater? 2 weeks, 3 days ago
I can’t see them genuinely fighting for wins and front row lockouts.. but finishing in the top 5 on a regular basis does look possible. They might have 58% more development work in hand on Red Bull, but the team […]
Todfod commented on the post, Hamilton suggests Mercedes "didn't listen" to his input on 2023 car 2 weeks, 3 days ago
Lewis to Ferrari might be interesting, as I’m sure a Leclerc – Hamilton lineup can really take Max on. But there’s no way that Lewis would want to take a chance on a team that can’t get things right even when […]
Todfod commented on the post, Hamilton suggests Mercedes "didn't listen" to his input on 2023 car 2 weeks, 3 days ago
Disappointed that Lewis is throwing Mercedes under the bus. I wonder how many times they ignored his advice and still came up with a dominating machine… but never threw him under the bus.
Todfod commented on the post, Ferrari see "good news" in race pace despite Red Bull's "game killer" strategy 2 weeks, 4 days ago
True. They were 8.7 seconds behind after the first 10 laps. That’s 8 tenths a lap down on race pace. They’re also way off the mark in tyre management. I don’t understand what positives can be taken from this […]

@petebaldwin I can understand some of the newer fans who haven’t watched F1 much saying things like “the season is over already” but it’s funny seeing experienced people involved in F1 saying it. There are ple […]

Alonso this weekend. Looked strong during all the FP sessions and qualifying. I don’t think the Aston has the one lap pace to match Ferrari yet, so I think he maximised his quali result. Was the DOTD on Sunday by […]

Can’t wait for Alonso to school Perez in ‘last year’s car’ . Would love to see the look on Perez’s face. It’s going to happen for sure this season.

Doubt they’ll be special in Baku as their straight line speed is a major weakness.. but you’re probably right about Monaco and Singapore. Their aero isn’t strong enough for tracks like Hungary and Britain yet.

@icarby Alonso fans haven’t had a lot to cheer about in a decade… And after seeing that rock bottom stint from 2015 to 2018..its so ecstatic to see him just fighting among the top 5 again. He honestly […]
Todfod commented on the post, Krack says Aston Martin mustn't get carried away by strong start to season 2 weeks, 6 days ago
Krack seems like a grounded bloke. It was questionable whether they would have finished on the podium if Leclerc didn’t retire. If Stroll hadn’t tapped Alonso on lap 1, I think the battle between Alonso and […]

Hilarious that a former Pink Mercedes driver came up with that wise crack. I mean Aston still looks like it took a lot from Red Bull, but different enough to accomodate a Mercedes engine…. but its not even close […]
