From what I can make of thisthis, Fuji TV Next (pay). Repeated on Monday on BS Fuji (free). Race starts 9 pm Japanese time.

In the US, Qualy and race are on CNBC due to the Tour de France coverage on NBCSN. Just checked the guide this morning. FP2 remains on NBCSN.
