Lewis binned it, I think age is starting to show…

Just an error, I doubt age-related.

How could age be impacting Lewis if Fernando is a few years older than him and continues to be the King of Starts? Actually he’s only challanged by Raikkonen for this distinction lately who in his turn is a little older than him! So age cannot be used as an excuse by Mr. Still-I-Whine.

There’s some weirdly obsessive people who want to feel vindicated in their baseless claim that Hamilton isn’t as good as he clearly is.

He’s extremely good, no doubt about that, but still overrated at least this season. And even worse, he didn’t properly take the blame after messing things up a couple of times in 2021 when he really should’ve done that. This year he claimed consistency when he hadn’t it, denied to be benefitting from incredible luck, and claimed that Max was being too aggressive as Lewis himself had been just careless. He usually drove fast this season and had moments of brillance, that’s not into question, but his attitude hasn’t been quite there as of a world champion.

Opinions will be all over the board on this. Personally, while I didn’t “hate” it, I didn’t like it enough to have it agan. Race for the win was over by lap 7. In a race, some chance of strategy to make a difference, more chance of a safety car to make a difference. On the plus side, some very good racing in the midfield.
